13th International Detonation Symposium Registration Information
Registration will be on site during the symposium, and the onsite registration fee is US$650.
The registration fee and display of your symposium nametag, admits registrants to technical sessions through the week, Sunday’s welcome reception, Monday’s lunch, Monday’s Nauticus excursion and dinner, Tuesday’s poster reception, Thursday’s reception and banquet, continental breakfast and coffee breaks. A copy of the symposium Proceedings (hardbound and CD-ROM) will be mailed to each registrant after the conference. Indicate your intention to participate in symposium activities and your preference for regular or vegetarian meals, as requested during pre-registration. Only regular or vegetarian meals will be provided. If you have other dietary requirements please make your own arrangements.
Participation in the Symposium Tour on Wednesday afternoon requires purchase of tour tickets at $53 per person by Friday June 30th. Additional tickets for companions are available as follows:

** Tour tickets should be paid for by Friday, June 30th. Children over 2 years of age necessitate full price tickets. Tours may be cancelled if the minimum required numbers of participants have not registered by June 30th.
You will receive your symposium nametag and tickets upon check-in at the
onsite registration desk. Onsite registration and check in of pre-registered
participants will begin at 3:00pm on Sunday July 23rd at the Grande Promenade
(3rd floor) of the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside hotel. The welcome reception
is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Registration/check-in will close at 8:00pm on Sunday,
reopen at 7:00 am on Monday, and be open starting at 7:30am from Tuesday through
Friday.
